Job Title: International Sales Manager of FMCG Channels Development
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and execute our retail and FMCG strategy, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan, aligned with our company objectives. They will drive sales growth through effective strategies and tactics, build strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors, and lead a high-performing team.
This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition. The ideal candidate will analyze market data to identify opportunities and capitalize on them. They will also ensure optimal inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability.
The position involves analyzing key performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the FMCG industry is required. Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets is essential.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and consumer trends is necessary. Excellent leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
