Key Account Manager and Sales Strategist

We are seeking a driven professional to play a key role in growing our business through sales leads and partnerships.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tailored proposals and pricing strategies, particularly for schools. They will identify and secure long-term institutional partnerships, promote our suite of products and services, and align efforts with the marketing team to strengthen outreach and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Account Management
    • Respond promptly to inquiries from schools, corporate clients, and the public.
    • Manage accounts end-to-end, ensuring quotations, bookings, and contracts are accurate and ensure smooth programme delivery.
    • Host client visits, farm tours, and site recces at our Farm.
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Promote EGC's products and services to new and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs across operational, aesthetic, and cost considerations.
  • Mission Advocacy
    • Champion EGC's social mission by embedding sustainability, food resilience, and experiential learning into client conversations.
    Requirements:
    • You are passionate about working with people, education, and nature, with a strong belief in sustainability.
    • You have confident communication skills and a proven ability to generate leads and pitch proposals.
    • You are self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to balance sales targets with social impact.
