Front Office Operations Manager

The Front Desk Executive role at COVER PROJECTS PTE LTD is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and courteous service. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing the guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized greetings and farewells to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure timely and efficient check-in and check-out processes, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Upsell additional facilities and services to guests, where appropriate, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in/check-out times, room assignments, and any special requests or issues.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy, and report any maintenance issues to the relevant teams.
- Manage guest feedback and complaints effectively, escalating any issues to senior management as necessary.
