Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences
We are seeking a skilled and attentive Concierge to provide exceptional service standards to our guests at all times. Key responsibilities include greeting guests in an engaging way, ensuring smooth and timely check-in/check-out processes, and promptly addressing enquiries and requests throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and engaging greetings to guests, setting the tone for a seamless stay
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, adhering to SOPs and policies
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate, driving revenue growth and enhancing guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to telephone calls, emails, and messages from guests, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Maintaining High Standards of Quality and Safety
- Comply with established SOPs, policies, and procedures, prioritizing guest safety and security
- Practice safe work habits, adhering to sanitary, safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and proprietary business data
Product Knowledge and Cash Handling
- Thoroughly understand room categories, features, rates, amenities, and product knowledge to effectively upsell and promote our offerings
- Manage cash float, ensuring accurate accounting and credit card processing
- Collect payments efficiently, adhering to cash handling and accounting policies
Guest Feedback and Maintenance
- Monitor guest feedback and complaints, responding promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance issues on a regular basis, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions
Teamwork and Flexibility
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with other departments and colleagues to deliver seamless service
- Be flexible and willing to work in other positions or departments to support special projects and initiatives
