Customer Service Executive - Air Freight Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Air Freight Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of air freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all export-related inquiries and coordinate with shippers for collection and export tasks.
  • Work with sales and destination offices for air approvals and rate agreements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for COD payments and credit limit issues.
  • Coordinate with Vendor Management for collection arrangements.
  • Work with Air Freight Planner on flight schedules.
  • Liaise with the import team for re-export shipments.
  • Handle export permit applications with the Permit Department.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for cargo handling, including acceptance, release, sorting, and packing.
  • Manage external vendors for DG packing, crating, and fumigation services.
  • Provide shipping instructions to the export operations team.
  • Support the Manager with daily operations, team queries, departmental projects, and new account setups.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma with 1 - 2 years in Air Freight Operations experience
