Job Summary

CVISTA HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Air Freight Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding and export import operations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Supervisor/Executive with daily tasks, including preparing and organizing Pre HAWB documents and cargo labels.
  • Send pre-alert notifications to overseas offices and customers prior to flight departure.
  • Perform job registration using the company's Freight Management System.
  • Follow and comply with specific handling instructions, particularly for urgent cargo.
  • Ensure all export cargo is lodged before the Latest Acceptance Time (LAT).
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in Freight forwarding industry, Import / Export Air Freight Shipments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
