We are seeking an experienced Digital Expansion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth initiatives, you will play a critical role in accelerating our digital footprint in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement innovative growth campaigns, monitor and analyze their performance, and leverage insights to refine future strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM, data analytics, and product, to ensure synergy and effectiveness in growth strategies.

Digital Expansion Objectives:

  • Develop and refine growth frameworks based on insights derived from both successful and unsuccessful campaigns.
  • Handle end-to-end process of campaigns, including documenting processes, securing legal approvals, and managing reward distribution requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance the campaign experience with results-focused initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in growth marketing.
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or finance industry is a must.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing metrics and data analysis techniques.
