Job Overview

We are seeking a highly successful Recruitment Manager or ambitious Team Leader ready for a new challenge. As Regional Commercial Leadership Opportunity, you will lead our Shipmanagement and Commercial Shipping & Commodities desks, responsible for over 50% of Faststream Singapore's total revenue.

You will provide high-end recruitment solutions across Asia Pacific to both existing and prospective clients, offering expert guidance to your team and identifying key trends to drive growth.

This role reports directly to the Director of Asia Pacific, providing opportunities for personal and professional development in a dynamic and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading teams to achieve sales targets and grow business in Asia Pacific
  • Identifying key trends and seizing business opportunities to drive growth
  • Providing expert guidance to teams on client development and business strategy
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, team management, and business development. A background in Maritime is not required, as we provide training and support to ensure success.

A competitive base salary of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus individual and team-related commissions and bonuses, make this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers.
