IT Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our team of experts in delivering high-quality IT services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, ensuring timely and effective service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our IT end-user support services. This includes leading the desktop support team, acting as the key liaison between IT and business users, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the IT service delivery team, managing daily operations, service performance, and staff development.
- Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Acting as the single point of contact for service delivery matters, performance reviews, and escalations.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or service delivery role.
- Strong technical knowledge in end-user computing, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint security, and ITSM platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage both users and technical teams.
- ITIL certification or working knowledge of ITIL principles is preferred.
