Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop and implement UX research strategies to inform business decisions
  • Design and conduct original research addressing complex business needs
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings to stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Research, or other related fields
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within user experience, applied research setting and/or product research and development
  • Demonstrated ability to design and conduct original research and effectively communicate findings
  • Strong experience with research participant recruitment and management practices, as well as creating surveys and working with survey software
