Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Source and procure facilities-related supplies and services
  • Review and supervise repair and maintenance contracts
  • Ensure services delivered conform to contract provisions
  • Implement effective preventive maintenance programs
  • Work with safety departments, customers, and government agencies on safety issues
  • Ensure all services are procured or carried out in accordance with quality and compliance procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Real Estate, Building, or Facilities Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing residential and/or commercial properties
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
