Key Responsibilities
  • Manage air freight operations, including updating data according to airline specifications and labeling cargo when needed.
  • Print AWBs and produce all necessary documentation.
  • Update electronic air waybills (FWB), house manifests (FHL), and pre-lodge cargo with SATS.
  • Schedule air cargo space with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and international agents.
  • Provide guidance and support for air cargo operations.
  • Help organize import shipments and plan their delivery.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling air freight operations and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to efficiently work with shippers, airlines, and agents.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to email correspondence.
