Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and developing existing and/or new customer accounts in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow customer accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Design team to deliver exceptional results
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Construction Industry with Interior Design backgrounds preferred
  • Strong understanding of office interior design trends, space planning, and workplace solutions
  • Proven track record in project management and competence in sales/business development activities
  • Familiar with financial modelling
  • Able to speak other languages is an added advantage
  • Diligent, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flair in business development strategies and techniques
