We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing cluster strategies, promotions, and planning to drive business growth.
- You will build and manage relationships with suppliers/sellers to negotiate promotions, marketing spend, and ensure a stock of goods.
- Plan and execute campaigns according to cluster strategy, working with external and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Work cross-functionally internally to deliver strategic projects, allowing us to offer the best customer experience.
- Provide inputs and ideas on how to grow key accounts.
- Drive adoption of solutions and advertising campaigns across sellers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably at a brand or in e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills, trend comparison, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable presenting to clients face-to-face.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-spoken, organized, analytical, meticulous, and driven.
