Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Operations Department, assisting project engineers in site progress, claims, and ensuring proper execution based on project specifications.
The successful candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills, ability to read M&E drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project schedules and track key milestones, workstreams, and activities.
  • Assist in preparing project documents, including AutoCAD drawings, method statements, risk analysis, transmittal forms, application forms, and handover documents.
  • Liaise with external vendors for submission of relevant documents to authorities.
  • Ensure all documentary evidence and contemporary records are properly documented, organized, and filed for substantiation and billing purposes.
  • Facilitate communication management during site meetings with architects, consultants, and engineers.

Essential Skills:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Able to read M&E drawings
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Competent in AutoCAD
