Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen operations. As a Senior Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food preparation process, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development of menus and daily specials in collaboration with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Maintain strong leadership skills by guiding and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in Western culinary techniques, plating, and presentation styles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen financials, including cost control and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance procedures.
