Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

The Senior Culinary Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations in the kitchen. This individual will lead and manage the kitchen with optimal manning levels, ensuring that the culinary team maintains quality and standards of cooking while complying with health and safety standards.

This position requires a Certificate in Culinary Skills / GCE 'O' level or its equivalent, as well as at least 5 years of culinary experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants with expertise in Western cuisine. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills, as well as knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing day-to-day culinary operations
  • Lead and manage the kitchen with optimal manning levels
  • Ensure compliance with SFA requirements for quality assurance and meet required QA scores
  • Manage corporate administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Certificate in Culinary Skills / GCE 'O' level or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years of culinary experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants with expertise in Western cuisine
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
