Lead a Team of Educators

As a center manager, you will lead a team of educators and administrative staff to provide high-quality education to students. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective center management.
  • Manage class schedules, coordinate room allocations, and ensure the availability of necessary teaching materials and resources.
  • Supervise and support the administrative staff in their daily tasks.
Educational Excellence

You will maintain high standards of teaching and learning by monitoring class quality and ensuring adherence to the curriculum. You will collaborate with teachers to develop and enhance educational programs and activities.

Business Development and Sales

You will develop and implement strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach activities to enhance the center's visibility and reputation.

Financial Management

You will prepare and manage the center's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability. You will monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Staff Leadership

You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of educators and administrative staff. You will conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and support.

Requirements
  • Open for Singaporean and Permanent Residents
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the education sector
  • Strong understanding of early childhood and primary education principles
  • Proven track record of successful business development and growth
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English to communicate and deliver Mandarin learning materials
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities
