Job Opportunity:
">This role is for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via the customer service hotline and other contact modes.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Register bookings for DHL Express services and offer alternatives to customers.">
- Respond to customer queries by providing accurate information consistently in areas such as custom requirements, transit times and prices.">
- Enhance the service experience by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each customer's varying needs.">
- Liaise internally with the Operations Department and other departments to resolve customer issues and queries quickly and efficiently.">
- Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to enhance DHL's procedures, technology and service, positively impacting the customer's experience with DHL.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment or telesales environment in a service industry.">
- A team player with a positive attitude.">
- Excellent interpersonal and PC skills with strong proficiency in English.">
- Result-oriented, able to multi-task and committed to service excellence.">
- Possess a GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification.">
