Client Service Associate Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This role will be based onsite in Singapore and involves working closely with the client services team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Mentor and support the client services team to deliver world-class services and ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor call queues, call volume, and other metrics to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Have a sound knowledge of financial products such as Forex, Commodities, Index.
  • Provide proactive and timely support for clients through phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
  • Respond to clients' enquiries and provide product knowledge to ensure optimal utilization of products and platforms.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
  • Maintain KPI and SLA targets individually and as a team.
  • Escalate all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels.
  • Identify and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Take ownership of ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems.
  • Participate in targeted outbound calling incentives.
