Job Title:
Client Service Professional
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operational risks within a financial institution's branch, ensuring that controls are in place to mitigate potential issues. Key responsibilities include resolving client complaints and feedback, managing service expectations, and directing clients to utilize digital self-service channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process various transactions over the counter, including cash, cheques, drafts, transfers, etc.
- Ensure accuracy in all transaction processing and respond to clients' requests in a timely manner.
- Activate, educate, and direct clients to use digital self-service terminal channels effectively.
- Generate new sales opportunities through referrals and create a positive customer experience.
