Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and exercising business plans, policies, and procedures to improve efficiencies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a specific product or process within a specific infrastructure area and advise on significant business/product decisions.
  • Analyze operational flow for potential risks and ensure operational execution.
  • Oversee complex analyses to identify authentication strategy and procedure gaps.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring queries are acknowledged, investigated, and resolved timely and professionally.
  • Provide coaching and support to the team and serve as a point of contact for escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in operations and compliance.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze data with demonstration of attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience and a strong background in operations and compliance.
