Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support our food services operation.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive business growth and excellence in food service delivery.

You will work closely with nutritionists and dietitians to plan menus that meet the diverse needs of our patients and staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships within the organization.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency, you will oversee the procurement of food and supplies, manage budgets, and train and develop food services staff to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing food service policies and procedures.
  • Managing budgets and financial aspects of food services.
  • Collaborating with nutritionists and dietitians to plan menus.
  • Oversight of food and supply procurement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Food Service Management, or Hospitality, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in food services operation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment.
  • Team player with excellent planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
