Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Food Service Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring exceptional levels of internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation, presentation, and delivery of high-quality food and beverages.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and labor costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a similar role or with significant leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, as well as local health and safety regulations.
- Able to effectively manage and motivate a team of staff members to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Desirable Skills:
- Possession of a degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
- Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP).
- Experience with food cost control and inventory management software.
