About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Manager to oversee daily food preparation, customer service, and kitchen maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, storage areas, and workspaces, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new menu items, improve existing ones, and contribute to menu planning.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor expenses, and maintain accurate records to optimize kitchen operations within budgetary constraints.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
