We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Consultant Team to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client satisfaction.
- At least 2-3 years of corporate service/solutions sales experience.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is required to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients.
- Candidates with experience in the Recruitment industry will have a distinct advantage.
- Flexibility, adaptability, willingness to learn, self-drive, and teamwork skills are essential.
