Job Title: Business Development Representative
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Sales Management: Manage new and existing channel partners to increase product sales.
- Relationship Building: Build positive working relationships with partners to ensure smooth partner services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue prospects through various lead-generated activities, including direct mailing, cold-calling, and referral programs.
- Customer Engagement: Meet with prospects to understand their purchase requirements, decision-making process criteria, and ultimately supporting them to enhance their business through our solutions offerings.
- Business Planning: Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
- Market Analysis: Develop profitable business models based on market trends and competitor activity.
- Market Understanding: Understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Sales Execution: Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and follow up on prospects.
- Sales Follow-up: Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales.
- Quotations: Prepare costing quotations to customers.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with the technical team on fulfillment of sales contracts secured.
- Process Improvement: Follow through on internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent in any field.
- Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven sales record in IT/Sales/CCTV Surveillance.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
- Tender Experience: Experience in participating in tender will be an advantage.
- Product Knowledge: Experience in CCTV, video management products, and video analytics will be an advantage.
