Financial Institution Portfolio Manager

The role of the Financial Institution Portfolio Manager is to build long-lasting trusted client relationships through knowledge of the segments and trends, developing an understanding of the clients' operating structures and transaction banking needs resulting in expanding the footprint of products.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing a 'best-in-class' client-centric strategy that includes developing and growing client relationships through the provision of value-added solutions and exceptional client experiences.

You will collaborate with the Global team to implement alignment and accountability across our Operations, Service, and Onboarding partners to deliver a strong client experience for Financial Institution Sector clients, including implementation of data tools across the client interaction points allowing for responsiveness and proactivity to client situations.

Strong partnership with Product and Solution Sales partners will meet the clients' needs. The onboarding process as well as the clients' service levels will be monitored and supported to ensure revenue ramp up and positive client experiences, including resolution/action plans in response to client feedback.

A close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market, Credit, Risk, Audit, and Finance will ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
