Key Account Development Specialist

This role is pivotal in identifying and fostering partnerships with logistics agents to drive business expansion and enhance service capabilities. Effective communication and collaboration with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Customer Service) are crucial to ensure seamless interaction with agents.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a marketing role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a deep understanding of freight forwarding operations and agent network models.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing agents
- Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to promote freight/logistics services to overseas agents
- Working closely with internal teams to launch promotional materials and utilize social media to engage overseas prospects
- Monitoring agent performance and providing feedback for improvement
