Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement, Senior Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our IT support group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and services, working closely with our project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential service providers for materials
  • Evaluate quotations and ensure they meet the required technical and commercial specifications
  • Evaluate new vendors and assess existing vendors based on procurement policies
  • Liaise with project team members on commodity purchases and ensure procurement costs meet budget
  • Prepare procurement documents and reports, including material requisitions, POs, and bid evaluation reports
  • Organise meetings with vendors, customers, and project team members to update procurement activity status
  • Prepare audits for procurement activities and resolve issues raised

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering/Purchasing/Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Working experience in procurement functions will be an added advantage
  • Entry-level candidates with any Engineering Degree/Diploma are welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge of engineering, procurement, project controls, and construction work processes
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within time and budget in a similar industry
  • Good numeracy skills and high attention to detail
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
