Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and service-oriented Clubhouse Manager to oversee the entire guest experience and ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily clubhouse operations.
  • Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Greeting guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Mentoring and scheduling staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction through various channels and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaboration with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Preparation of reports on guest satisfaction, service metrics, and departmental performance.
Fundamental Tasks:
  1. Overseeing club lounge seating availability, service quality, safety, and well-being of guests.
  2. Maintaining cleanliness and condition of bar, tables, and tools.
  3. Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages. Managing supplies and anticipating replenishment needs.
  4. Ensuring dishes and utensils are washed and clean.
  5. Completing opening and closing duties, requisitioning necessary supplies, and transporting them from storage to the bar area.
  6. Securing liquor storage areas.
  7. Documenting important information in the department logbook.
  8. Anticipating meal requirements and catering to special food and drink requests.
  9. Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  10. Following company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean uniform, and protecting company assets.
  11. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
  12. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, prepare accurate documents, and answer telephones using proper etiquette.
  13. Nurturing positive working relationships with others and supporting the team to achieve common goals.

A Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality is required; at least 6 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel and F&B industry is essential. Bilingualism in English and Chinese is highly desirable. Ability to start immediately or shortly after notification is preferred.
