Sales Professional for International Business Development

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. As a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the international market.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires strong negotiation, CRM, and forecasting skills. You will be working closely with our overseas offices to share sales status and collaborate on business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
Meeting potential clients and building positive relationships to implement effective sales actions according to the sales target drawn by the company
Developing and implementing sales activities in the responsible sales area under leadership
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
Meeting/exceeding sales tasks, completing responsible tasks independently
Maintaining existing customers, establishing detailed customer files
Being an AR controller according to the account period required by the company
Visiting customer sites or conducting video conferences regularly to share market updates, perform QBR/MBR to maintain existing customers
Performing sales calls to new/potential customers raised on the target list given
Investigating markets, researching, listing up new/potential customers
Proposing solutions to overcome and obtain new business & share-up business both Air, Ocean, and Cross-border trucking
Reporting irregularities to direct superiors in a timely manner
Troubleshooting if irregularities happen, investigating root causes with Air/Ocean operation teams, and proposing countermeasures clarifying 5W1H details, discussing future correspondence with customers
Settling outstanding account receivables based on terms and conditions given
Managing RFQs (Spot, Monthly, 3 months, Annual) with RFQ teams, proposing rates to customers for both Air and Ocean businesses
Sharing market information proactively with existing customers and target customers
Inputting sales progress in CRM systems based on specific days by timeline
Expanding Singapore export/import businesses both Air and Ocean, sometimes managing 3rd-party businesses (offshore businesses) to secure and expand business if business owners are Singapore customers
Communicating with overseas offices to share sales status and work closely with them to get closer to business
Creating sales reports by timeline monthly basis
