At TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD., we are seeking an exceptional Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in achieving company goals by developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customers, and handling contract negotiations.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms
- Collaborate with the R&D team to enhance product features and technologies
- Work closely with factories to ensure production forecasts, quality, delivery, engineering, and pricing meet sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and generate quotes
- Assist in planning and budgeting for exhibitions, trade shows, and advertising
- Deliver accurate sales reports and projections
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B and B2C sales experience in electronics products
- Diploma in engineering, marketing, or business studies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with international exposure
- Good business acumen and customer relationship management skills
- Mature, self-disciplined, and result-driven
