Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Alliance Healthcare Group Limited.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business revenue from existing and potential clients, as well as identifying growth opportunities in new sectors.
You will work closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies and execute account management plans, ensuring that service offerings meet customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients, assigned prospects in identified sectors or market areas.
- Identify growth potential in new sectors, formulate sales and marketing plans which support profitable new business and retention objectives.
- Achieve individual and department sales goals to ensure company's business goals including new revenue, profitability, retention objectives are met.
- Manage and execute the sales process from successful prospecting through point of sale and positioning the company's service offerings to customers as solutions to meet customer's requirements.
- Good sales track records with Third Party Administrator/Insurance Brokers/Agencies.
- Prior sales and accounts management experience in managed healthcare services will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, interact well and reach out to at all levels within the organization while promoting a team environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree qualified will be highly regarded, however, not essential.
As a Sales and Business Development Professional at Alliance Healthcare Group Limited, you can expect a competitive salary package, ranging from SGD 70,000 to SGD 90,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
