We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at CFB Bots PTE LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in the technology industry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships. You will play a vital role in helping us achieve our revenue growth targets and establishing ourselves as a leader in the Intelligent Automation (IA) space.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing end-to-end sales strategies and initiatives to generate new business leads and opportunities.Managing sales processes, performing planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of sales activities.Generating new business leads and opportunities through various channels such as emails, cold-calling, networking, etc.Sustaining and reinforcing existing rapport with current or past clients to maintain a strong, long-lasting customer relationship.Identifying upsell opportunities and playing an integral part in generating new sales.Understanding client requirements and objectives and providing feasible solutions.Preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, sales agreements, and invoices.Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit.Renderring after-sales support, including coordinating across functional teams to keep pulse of project schedules and progress.Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to existing customers.Gathering and analyzing feedback from customers for improvement in products and services.Conducting competition monitoring, analysis, and reporting.Identifying potential customer partnerships and seeking to establish clientele base.Following up on marketing leads and securing potential sales opportunities.You Will Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Degree or diploma from a reputable institution.At least 3 years of sales experience in the software and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.A self-starter who possesses a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric mind, and the drive to maximize market opportunities.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.Excellent written communication skills.Adeptness to thrive and work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines.We Offer:
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
