As a Bank Client Analyst at MyCareersFuture, you will be responsible for providing exceptional daily client service for our transaction banking products. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate client issues and work with internal stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
- Manage the end-to-end process of customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Cross-sell and expand clients' usage of our transaction banking products, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in banking and/or client support, preferably with a focus on transaction banking.
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking client service and internet banking platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred, as the incumbent will be working with Japanese corporate clients.
- Analytical and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
