As a Senior Client Relationship Specialist at OCBC Bank, you will be part of our leading wealth solutions team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer professional wealth advice to our Premier Banking customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions to achieve their goals.
2. Be the ambassador of the bank, engaging with customers and prospects to acquire new business and promote the benefits of our Premier Banking services.
3. Proactively engage with customers to establish strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and improve our customer engagement score.
4. Adhere to all regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and submitting reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma holder with relevant certifications such as UT - FIMM, Insurance - PCE Life, PCE General, and CEILI.
2. At least 2 years of sales or service experience in the financial or service industry.
3. Strong understanding of financial and non-financial markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good social networking skills.
4. Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
5. Preferably multi-lingual.
