Customer Service Executive - Air Freight Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Air Freight Operations team at RecruitPedia Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of air freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage export-related inquiries and provide timely responses to customers.
  • Coordinate with shippers for collection and export tasks, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Work closely with sales and destination offices to obtain air approvals and rate agreements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve COD payments and credit limit issues.
  • Coordinate with Vendor Management for collection arrangements and manage external vendors for DG packing, crating, and fumigation services.
  • Work with the Air Freight Planner to ensure accurate flight schedules and coordinate with the import team for re-export shipments.
  • Handle export permit applications with the Permit Department and coordinate with the warehouse for cargo handling, including acceptance, release, sorting, and packing.
  • Provide shipping instructions to the export operations team and support the Manager with daily operations, team queries, departmental projects, and new account setups.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations.
