Job Title: CFO - Southeast Asia">About the Role:

The CFO is responsible for leading the finance function in Southeast Asia, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes managing day-to-day operations, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and coordinating external audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team to achieve business objectives and drive financial performance;
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth;
  • Manage relationships with senior management, stakeholders, and external parties;
  • Ensure effective internal controls, risk management, and compliance;
  • Coordinate external audits, financial reporting, and tax matters;
  • Oversight of outsourced accounting and tax functions in Indonesia and Malaysia;
  • Serve as a key contact person for senior management on financial matters.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership position;
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and improving processes;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build and motivate teams;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data;
  • Familiarity with regional regulations and tax laws;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
