Strategic Leader for Southeast Asia

This role involves spearheading long-term corporate strategies for Southeast Asia, aligning regional priorities with headquarters' objectives.

  • This position drives cross-functional collaboration to implement actionable initiatives across Southeast Asia and Japan.
  • The successful candidate will deliver strategic insights to senior leadership on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging R&D opportunities, influencing high-impact decisions.
  • They will prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership with actionable recommendations for performance optimization and course corrections.
  • Additionally, they will facilitate seamless communication between Japanese headquarters and regional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • They should possess strong analytical skills, innovation orientation, teamwork & leadership abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, cultural sensitivity, and language proficiency in English and Japanese.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or a related field is required, along with relevant working experience in Southeast Asia and/or Japanese companies in tech startups or innovative industries.
