The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of various administrative functions, including Admin, Housekeeping, Compliance, Maintenance, and Human Resources.

You will work closely with our teams to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

  • Upholding full compliance with our rules and regulations;
  • Ensuring that behavior in the organization meets our standards of conduct and regulatory agency requirements on workplace safety;
  • Constantly looking out for maintenance, refurbishment, and upgrade of warehouse facilities;
  • Keeping cost expenditure to the essentials in accordance with stipulated requirements;
  • Working with stakeholders on streamlining work processes and following up with continuous improvements;
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of facilities and that the facilities in the warehouse are in good working order.
