About This Role
This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional who is passionate about driving organisational excellence and improving patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic plans to implement changes.

Main Accountabilities:
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
• Provide administrative support to the department and hospital

Requirements:
• Minimally hold a recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years in service industry/health-care related areas preferred
• Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel preferred
• Facilitation skills preferred
• Excellent written and analytical skills
