Nanyang Technology University (NTU) is embarking on a comprehensive digital transformation journey to enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience. As a Finance Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in driving this initiative by analyzing finance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions using digital transformation technologies and process automation tools.
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive operational efficiency and elevate customer experience.
  • Develop functional specifications, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure seamless system releases.
  • Support the development of data analytics and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Address technical issues and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Ensure accurate and complete process documentation as per governance and audit requirements.
Requirements
  • University degree in Accountancy/Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance system projects and/or business process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SAP Finance ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process re-engineering skills.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project implementation and process automation.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and translate knowledge for business users.
