Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Rental Business Process Analyst to join our GrabRentals team. As an internal process owner, you will be responsible for setting up and executing accurate and efficient processes within the team. This includes managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes accordingly.

Critical Tasks
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Overall ownership of internal processes within GrabRentals
  • Setting up new processes for new business initiatives and expansion
  • Driving continuous process improvement within GR
  • Managing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) of various operational tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Degree holder in business administration, economics, or supply chain
  • At least 3+ years of experience in process improvement and project management
  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma
