The role of Senior Transaction Banking Manager at OCBC Bank involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of cash management and trade products. To be successful, you will need to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, manage exceptions and escalations related to production issues, and perform service setup and maintenance for Transaction Banking products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential in this role, as you will be working closely with various parties, including front office and supporting departments. Additionally, you must have a good command of spoken and written business English and possess initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
You will also be responsible for administering Velocity customer data, security items, and engaging in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD/Team Head. A minimum of 2 years of experience in banking and familiarity with the Bank's core systems (eCube, SignPlus, WFI etc) are required.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
