About the Ideal Candidate

You should also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Customer Service industry, preferably in a similar role. A diploma or GCE 'O' Level, effective bilingualism, and excellent keyboard skills are also essential. Finally, you should possess good customer handling skills, a positive mindset, and be able to adapt quickly to new situations.
