Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Support Officer to join our team at Alphagen Learning Private Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and prompt information on curriculum highlights to existing and prospective households and students through various communication tools and channels.
  • Developing and establishing new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets aligned with the company's core competencies.
  • Managing customer communications, overseeing class scheduling, and working closely with the accounts team to manage invoicing.
  • Supporting student recruitment activities, future plans, and objectives by collaborating with other departments' stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership of customers' problems and following through effectively and efficiently to resolution within service level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 1-year proven track record in sales, preferably in the education field.
  • Knowledge of and experience with CRM, sales, or customer service are highly desirable.
  • Driven and self-motivated with strong consultative selling and business development flair.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
