Job Description

We are seeking a professional to join our People Development & Performance team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping people processes and influencing how the company operates.

Your primary responsibility will be to explore how the organization works, gain a global perspective, and identify and solve complex challenges. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues to develop their teams and achieve ambitious business strategies.

In addition to your analytical skills, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead critical conversations and present analysis and insights to senior leadership.



About This Role
  • Develop systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine, and scale capability development from individual employees to organizational levels.
  • Provide proactive analysis of data to identify patterns, inform strategy, track and measure impact, and provide actionable recommendations tied to business outcomes.
  • Present analysis and insights to senior leadership on relevant talent strategies.
  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership and contribute to enhancing their effectiveness through assessment, feedback, and coaching.
  • Promote People compliance and operations to minimize regulatory violations and prevent rework.
