Job Summary:

  • Develop strategic learning objectives to drive core competencies, team collaboration and professional development across departments.

The Organizational Development Specialist role is responsible for implementing targeted programs that enhance organizational effectiveness through the creation of comprehensive training materials, facilitation of engaging learning experiences, needs assessments, and delivery of content using diverse instructional strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-cultural communication skills, interpersonal and facilitation skills, with a background in coaching individuals and teams to support leadership growth, career development and change readiness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required, with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint for designing visually engaging learning materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver impactful learning programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with Employee Engagement on initiatives such as performance review season, Voice of the Employee survey, and LMS-related support.
  • Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in organizational development, preferably in a training role.
  • Experience in utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance organizational development strategies, learning personalization and performance analytics is advantageous.
  • Background in coaching individuals and teams to support leadership growth, career development and change readiness is beneficial.
Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of organizational development principles, adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint for designing visually engaging learning materials.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, along with interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Education

Bachelor's degree or any combination of education and experience that meets the qualifications for the position.
