Job Title: Enterprise Resilience Specialist
Job Description:This role will support the development and execution of enterprise risk management and business continuity management activities to enhance organizational resilience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Support planning and implementation of key enhancements to operational processes.
- Drive organization-wide cycle activities, including framework and methodology review, risk reviews, training, testing, and exercise maintenance of crisis management plans.
- Develop strong partnerships with divisional representatives for regular reporting and implementation of mitigation measures.
- Support training and community engagement campaigns.
- Provide support to other operations as needed.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in business continuity management or corporate governance. Key qualifications include proficiency in productivity tools such as M365 apps, keenness to experiment with new tools and technologies, and a strong command of spoken and written English.
